We offer the following professional development workshops and in-person coaching sessions to school leaders, teachers, and support staff:

Teacher Professional Development

The Adisa Collective offers year-long professional development to school leaders and teachers on high-yield instructional strategies to improve student achievement.

Instructional Leadership Coaching

The Adisa Collective provides one-on-one and small group coaching to school leaders and instructional leadership teams in areas such as talent management, observation/feedback, and implementation of school-wide instructional practices in order to strengthen school teams and their capacity to lead.

Comprehensive School Planning and Strategic Design

The Adisa Collective provides hands-on support to schools to align teams on designing, refining, and implementing comprehensive school plans that consist of high-quality instructional frameworks and multi-tiered systems of support that address the needs of all students and staff.
